These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 26bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 26bet website at https://26bet.bar and its associated subdomains. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 26bet. By accessing or using the Platform — whether to place bets, access casino games, make deposits, claim promotions, or simply browse — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the 26bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 26bet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. 26bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The standard wagering requirement on 26bet bonus offers is 20x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is stated in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on the 26bet Platform are subject to the betting rules set out in this section and any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant betting markets on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the odds offered at the time your bet is confirmed.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 26bet reserves the right to void bets in the event of a system error that resulted in incorrect odds being offered, or where it is determined that a bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings from voided bets are not payable.

As part of this commitment, all registered players have access to a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. If a player requests self-exclusion, 26bet will action that request promptly and close the account to all betting and gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period selected. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion using a different identity or payment method — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 26bet Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance held, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

26bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a player is found to have breached these Terms; a player is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; a player's identity cannot be verified; or a player is found to be under 21 years of age. Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part at 26bet's discretion.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 26bet support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts that have been voluntarily closed may not be reopened; players who wish to return to the Platform must register a new account, subject to all eligibility requirements being met.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 26bet's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 26bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

26bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside 26bet's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processing services, telecommunications network outages, or force majeure events. Where the Platform is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, 26bet will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

All content on the 26bet Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, betting market data, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 26bet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 26bet. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

26bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 26bet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting 26bet support. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision will be treated as your acceptance of the amended Terms, regardless of whether you have read them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce transactions as they apply to digital services accessible in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 26bet support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 26bet will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within 10 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial dispute notification, either party may escalate the matter through such dispute resolution mechanisms as are available under applicable law. 26bet's liability in respect of any resolved dispute is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
